ICAR-Central Tuber Crops Research Institute

The valedictory function of the training programme on “Genome Editing in Plants” was successfully organized at ICAR–Central Tuber Crops Research Institute (CTCRI).

The programme featured a welcome address by Dr. N. Krishna Radhika, Senior Scientist and Course Director, followed by an interactive feedback session where participants shared their learning experiences and insights.

Dr. G. Byju, Director, ICAR–CTCRI, delivered the valedictory address, highlighting the significance of advanced plant biotechnological approaches such as genome editing in strengthening crop improvement research.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. K. M. Senthilkumar, Senior Scientist and Course Coordinator, who expressed gratitude to the institutional leadership, participants, and organizing team for their valuable contributions to the successful conduct of the programme.
