ICAR-Central Tuber Crops Research Institute

ICAR–Central Tuber Crops Research Institute (CTCRI), Thiruvananthapuram, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TKM Institute of Technology (TKMIT), Kollam, marking a significant step towards strengthening collaboration in food technology, agro-food systems, and tuber crop–based value addition.

The partnership aims to promote joint research and development, student training and exchange programmes, technology development, consultancy, and capacity building, along with effective sharing of research facilities and expertise. The collaboration is expected to foster innovation, strengthen academic–research linkages, and contribute to sustainable agriculture and food system development.
