The Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG), Ministry of personnel, public Grievances & Pensions, has issued detailed guidelines for organizing Special Campaign 5.0 during 2nd - 3lst October, 2025' with the Preparatory Phase from l5 – 30th September, 2025. The campaign is aimed at institutionalizing Swachhata, Effective Record Management, Disposal of pending References, and Management of Scrap and E-waste.
The part of Swachh Bharath phase-2 Special Campaign 5.0, it is imperative to begin addressing and disposing of the pendencies identified (Office scrap and e-wastes) during the preparatory phase in a timely and effective manner. Based on this activity, a space of 400 square feet area occupied by scrap and ewaste are disposed and the same space is used for Parking staff cars, Bike, Farm Vehicles, Storage of cattle feeds. This will continue with weed out the remaining old office files, scrap and ewaste in the office and institute upto 31st October, 2025.
