Shri V. V. Rajesh, Mayor of Thiruvananthapuram, visited ICAR-CTCRI and interacted with the scientists to understand the institute’s research and development activities.
During the discussions, he expressed keen interest in collaborating with ICAR-CTCRI to implement value-addition programmes for tuber crops in selected locations within the city, with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship, income generation, and nutritional security.
