As part of the 7th Poshan Pakhwada (8th – 23rd April 2025), ICAR-CTCRI has been organizing a series of awareness programmes focusing on the importance of nutrition in promoting health and well-being.

Today, we had the privilege of hosting a special lecture on

"Anaemia Mukt Bharat: Role of Individuals and Communities"

by Dr. P.S. Indu, Professor of Community Medicine, Government Medical College, Kollam.

The programme began with a warm Welcome Address by Dr. Veena S.S, followed by the Presidential Address by our Director, Dr. G. Byju, and concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Dr. C. Pradeepika.

The event emphasized the collective responsibility of individuals and communities in building a healthier, anaemia-free India.
